leg warmers

So this week in church Chloe was complaining about her tights and made me take them off. I was trying to figure out what she could wear to keep her cute little legs warm and the thought came to me leg warmers. So I got online and found a tutorial on baublesandbits.blogspot.com and made these from a pair of my socks that cut off my curculation. They were so easy and turned out cute. My sister Melanie and I were actually making them while we were talking on the phone:) So fun

So I made this bag cause I thought it was cute but when I finished it I could probably only fit my wallet in it so I made it bigger !! Anyone who knows me knows I like big bags.

Kaylas birthday is coming up and she wanted me to make her a purse. I think this one turned out super cute. I got the pattern off of my favorite website youcanmakethis.com
I also made the girls costumes. It was alot of work cutting them out.

I also made them halloween skirts. Kayla wore hers but chloe wanted a dress instead of a skirt. Don't worry I made her wear it:)

So I am opening a store on etsy.com. I am so excited, I have had alot of people ask about the things I make and so my friend talked me into opening a store. I t is called myfairladies.etsy.com I hope to post some items in the next couple of weeks. I ahve alot of fun ideas so you'll have to check often. These are a couple of hats I have been working on. Kayla is such a cute model don't you think. You'll have to let me know which one is your favorite.

The green jewelry I tried anew thing. I bent the wire into the shape I wanted and then I hammered it flat and wrapped beads around. It was fun !!

Well in California everyone was carrying a clutch bag so I decided to make one for this weekend. I think it turned out so cute. I used a vogue pattern. It was so easy and a ton of fun I allready have fabric to make 3 more!!!!

The Hot Pink Dress

Well my mom and sister have been wanting to see this lovely hot pink dress so I had to have Chloe take my picture :) My bother in law is getting married this weekend and all the sisters and sister in laws get to were hot pink dresses. So here is mine. I had to combine three patterns to come up with this, but I think it turned out ok.

Lately my friend and I have been making bags. I have only made one in the past so I thought I would try again and now I am addicted. We have the cutest quilt shop by me that has the funnest fabric. I am banned from going there unless I need something because when I get there I somehow NEED everything I see:) Here are a few of the ones I have been working on.

This bag I made for my sister-in-law. I used decorator weight fabric . The pattern I used is an Amy Butler pattern. It's called the swing bag. Very easy and fast to make.

These two bags are also an Amy Butler pattern. This one is called the birdie swing bag. I loved making this bag. The first one is mad out of decorator weight fabric and the second one the fabric is from the cute quilt shop by my house.

I am copying my sisters and doing a craft blog. So now anyone who wants to see how creative or creatively challenged we are can come here. I will put a link to my sisters blogs to. So far I have alot of projects completed and so I will post those soon. I also have a stack in the corner of my craft room to finish so there should be lots of fun things to see.
